January 2021 is your beginning. It is time to step out on the path, look up at the mountain, and begin your journey. You should be excited and keep that excitement throughout your journey. Enjoy it. It’s not always going to be as easy as the first day. This is why you have to answer that question, “What is your WHY in 2021?” Your WHY has to be yours. Think about where you want to be a year from now and what you want to accomplish. Today is the time to start properly setting goals for 2021. … More Properly Setting Goals For 2021
I have gotten to where I am and will get to where I’m going all because of one word, persistence. I just kept moving forward. You see, the journey to accomplishing your goals and being successful is not linear. It doesn’t happen in a straight line. You move up, then you stumble. You get back up, brush yourself off, and start off again. Some days I get out of bed and I feel so energetic that I don’t think my feet touched the ground all day and I take great leaps forward. Other days I move forward in smaller steps and there are few days where my journey gets blocked and they make no progress. … More Persistence Equals Success – Ep 19

The Murph Challenge consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run while wearing a 20-pound vest. Why would I want to put my body through such a test? What if this is it? What if your life, right now, is as good as it’s going to get? How does that make you feel? For me, it would not make me feel particularly good. I have to learn how to live life over again. “I don’t ever want to die,” is a great line from the song. Life is about the journey and as long as you continue your journey, you’ll never die while you’re living. … More Is This It?
